Clay & Stephanie McMorris

Owners

Clay and Stephanie view their work at Riverwood as more than a profession – it’s a ministry.

Clay has served families since 1982 and brings decades of experience, including service as Lincoln County Coroner. He is a licensed funeral director and pre-arrangement specialist.

What families can expect
Compassionate guidance and a steady, caring presence.

C. Colby and Misty McMorris

Owners

Colby and Misty McMorris view their work at Riverwood as more than a profession – it’s a ministry.

Colby has been serving families at Riverwood since 2004. He is a graduate of Brookhaven High School and East Mississippi College, where he earned a degree in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science. He serves as Administrator and holds insurance and pre-arrangement licenses.

What families can expect
Clear guidance, dependable support, and a thoughtful approach to every detail.

Colby serves as a deacon at his local church and is a member of the Brookhaven Servitium Club.

Rev. Larry Fletcher

Funeral Director

Bro. Larry Fletcher views his work at Riverwood as an extension of his lifelong ministry.

An ordained minister of the Apostolic Pentecostal Faith for over sixty years, he has been serving families in the funeral profession since 1994 and has been part of the Riverwood team since 2011.

What families can expect
A compassionate presence, spiritual guidance, and steady support during difficult times.

Bro. Larry and his wife, Beverly Joyce (Kelley) Fletcher, have been married for 59 years. They have two daughters, five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, and attend Heritage Family Church of Brookhaven.

Lee Dykes

Funeral Director

Lee Dykes is dedicated to serving families with care, respect, and attention to detail.

He is a graduate of Lawrence County High School and East Mississippi Community College, where he earned a degree in Funeral Service Technology. Lee is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in the State of Mississippi.

What families can expect
Dependable service, thoughtful care, and attention to every detail.

Lee is married to Heidi Hedgepeth Dykes of Monticello, and they have two sons, Cooper and Hudson. He is also a member of the Lawrence County Service Club.

Darius Foster

Funeral Director

Darius Foster brings years of experience and a steady, caring presence to the families he serves.

He has been a licensed funeral director for over 24 years and is committed to providing respectful and dependable care during difficult times.

A calm presence, reliable service, and compassionate support.

Darius has been married to his wife, Faye, for 46 years. They have three children and seven grandchildren and attend Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Meadville.

Adam Brady

Funeral Director

Adam Brady is committed to serving families with care and a willingness to meet every need.

He has been part of the Riverwood team for many years, beginning his work on the grounds and with Riverwood Monument Group. Through dedication and experience, he has become a licensed Funeral Director and Crematory Manager.

What families can expect
Dependable support, attention to detail, and a heart for serving others.

Adam is married to Mattie Presley Brady, and they have one son, Drew. They attend Clear Branch Baptist Church in Brookhaven.

John Paul Farr

Funeral Director

John Paul Farr is committed to serving families with care and a willingness to step in wherever needed.

He began his time at Riverwood working on the grounds and, in August of 2022, transitioned into his role as a Funeral Director and Embalmer.

A helpful spirit, dependable support, and thoughtful care throughout the process.

John Paul is married to Anna Richardson Farr and is a lifelong member of Heritage Family Church.

Rev. Caleb Davis

Staff

Rev. Caleb Davis serves families with a heart for ministry and a desire to bring comfort during difficult times.

He is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International and serves as Assistant Pastor and Student Pastor at Calvary Pentecostal Church in Jayess, Mississippi.

What families can expect
Spiritual encouragement, compassion, and a caring presence.

Caleb is married to Carlie Davis, and they have two daughters, Aubrey Rose and Kinsley June.

Dillon Prince

Staff

Dillon Prince is committed to serving families with care and a willingness to help wherever needed.

He has been part of the Riverwood team since July of 2021 and brings a dependable, hands-on approach to his work.

A helpful attitude, reliable support, and attention to detail.

Dillon is married to Cassie Mathis Prince, and they have one daughter, Charlie Ruth. He also owns and operates a local alarm company, Ole Brook Fire & Security.

Bennie Haley

Funeral Director

Bennie Haley brings years of experience and a deep connection to the community he serves.

A lifelong resident of Lincoln County, he has been in the funeral profession for over 15 years and previously worked as a florist in Brookhaven for 33 years.

What families can expect
Thoughtful care, attention to detail, and a familiar, comforting presence.

Bennie is married to Janice Smith Haley. They have one daughter, Ronda, and two grandchildren, Ben (and his wife, Michelle) and Nikki. He is a member of Easthaven Baptist Church.

Sharon Day

Office Staff

Sharon has been serving families at Riverwood since 2008, providing a welcoming and helpful voice during difficult times.

A graduate of St. Martin High School in Biloxi, Mississippi, she previously lived in Lake Charles, Louisiana for 17 years before making Brookhaven her home.

What families can expect
A friendly voice, helpful guidance, and prompt assistance.

Sharon is a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church.

Lindsey Jackson

Office Staff

Lindsey Jackson is committed to helping families with care and a welcoming presence.

A graduate of Bogue Chitto High School, he serves as part of the Riverwood team, assisting families and supporting day-to-day operations.

A friendly attitude, helpful support, and dependable service.

Lindsey is married to Leila Jackson, and they have two children, Zaine and Everly. They reside in Brookhaven.

George McCullough

A Brookhaven native and graduate of Brookhaven High School, he takes pride in supporting families behind the scenes.

George is the father of Jackson and Georgia and attends First Baptist Church.

Logan Cantrell

Grounds and Setup Crew

Logan Cantrell is part of the team that helps prepare each service with care and attention.

He has been with Riverwood since 2020 and brings a dependable and hardworking approach to his role.

Reliable support and careful attention to every detail.

Logan lives in Bogue Chitto and has one daughter, Sofia.

William Mcgehee

Grounds Manager

William oversees the preparation of each service, helping ensure everything is handled with care, respect, and attention to detail.

A graduate of Brookhaven High School, he plays an important role in supporting families behind the scenes.

William and his wife, Alisha, are active members of Clear Branch Baptist Church. They have one son, Zachary.
